I purchased this product in India, as I was using this in US for a long time (5-6 years) and did not see issues with the services or the product quality.
My experience with Dyson, is that product experience is same but at the cost we think its quality is bad.
I bought the product 2 years back and in this period the soft roller brush got spoiled since it was in warranty they sent my a replacement, now its been 14 months and that its again got spoiled and this time the plastic parts just cracked.
Last month spent 6K to get a batter replace now they are expecting me to pay 3.4K for the brush.
we pay 50K for this vacuum and it does not last even 3-4 years its really shame, I think the support staff needs to do a better job in understand the customer and his frustration with the product.
