Dyson V12 Repair lack of response


Dyson arranged for my V12 to be collected for repair on 5th September. Repair reference was provided. Since it was picked up I have endured the live chat twice, trying to get an update. On both occasions I was promised I would be contacted within a specified number of days. The latest was a promise made 20th September that I would be contacted within 3 - 5 days. It didn’t happen. So Dyson have had my V12 for a month now but will not tell me what is happening.

 

Does anyone know how I can escalate as I am finding the live chat support absolutely useless.
