I cannot charge my V7 its been very hard to get it too charge fully as connection seems very loose and now will not charge at all. I have pressed trigger for ten seconds and blue light flashes but no other light visible.

The blue light means the battery needs charging. If your stuck, you could give the advice here a go - My Cordless vacuum cleaner’s battery isn’t charging, what can I do? | Dyson Community. Relocating the charger or removing it from the mounted dock might help.
