I have had the V10 for 3 years and now the battery has died on me. I am trying to get a replacement battery from Dyson, but have been told they don’t have any in stock to ship to Ireland. Has anyone else have this issue? Surely a company the size of Dyson would be able to ship a replacement battery in no time! I paid enough for the vacuum, you would think their support would be up to scratch.
Also if anyone has any thoughts on the Shark anti hair wrap cordless that would be great as considering a move from Dyson due to the lack of support.
