Dec 26 and 27th 2024 missing package. Was told package was delivered Dec.26th and when contested it was again said to have been delivered on the 27th this time email showed a signature. Yes not my signature and time of delivery my front door was wide open because we were taking order of a mattress. No truck from GLS or CPS ever came to the house. This is when I called Dyson again, one of the many times I've called them and told to wait for 20 days for and investigation. Now many phone calls and over 2 months later I'm still out of my floor heater and over $324.00us. I've allowed them to screen shot my bank email, talked to many different duson reps and have been told to wait, wait,wait. Someone stole it, someone I never hired but Dyson hired. I've even ask to send another heater thinking it would be less expensive to them this way. Thinking price to make is less expensive than a retail return price. Still nothing. Wondering if Dyson cares about us or just our monies. Can anyone help? The heater was a Christmas gift to my wife.
