I have only had my Gen5 stick since beginning of January. I have noticed the felt bar nearest the roller is already degrading and this is only after about 15 vacuums. Is this normal?
I have only used the correct roller on the correct surface as per the handbook.

It’s best to contact Dyson’s Support Team regarding this issue since such an early wear and tear sounds unlikely, especially since Dyson’s known to use premium-quality material on their products’ components.
