My experience is similar to a lot of others, terrible, but to further add insult to injury i have been advised to dump a perfectly viable part as Dyson cannot seem to issue a returns label despite several promises to issue a label and twice assuring me the problem had been escalated and would sorted. Finally they just issued a refund as told me to dump the perfect, but wrongly supplied part, which i might add was advised by Dyson as the correct part having identified my vacuum model number.
that is sad and not very “GREEN”
