Having a really bad time with Dyson.

I bought a Dyson Airwrap for my daughter’s Christmas presents. The product shows as being in the delivery Hub but after 3 week it hasn’t arrived. I called customer services twice already asking why and each time I’ve been promised that someone will follow up with the courier and they will comeback with an answer. Needless to say nothing has happened and I am £450 out of pocket feeling like I have been scammed.

It’s not what I expected from this Company and I read so many articles that people not only don’t get the product but they struggle to get a cancellation or refund.

With regards to my previous post. I had a call from a Dyson representative who immediately sorted my issues and sent a replacement.

It’s a shame that the first two customer service people were maybe not as customer service oriented as they should’ve been but we got there in the end.
