Months trying to replace faulty hairdryer | Dyson Community

I have tried to get a faulty hairdryer Collected and returned .

i eventually got it collected and assured the item would be replaced . After multiple complaints logged and promises of callbacks and emails . I have been informed today that an order was put in for an out of stock hairdryer . Again another complaint raised . Customer service is a disgrace .
