useless delivery and website

ordered an airwrap for someone's birthday assuming it would come within the time frame on the website. it didn't. instead the day after I needed it I received a free extra travel case without the actual thing. the customer service is useless and the tracking says it's arrived. uve got my $650 and I've got nothing but pain. would not recommend.
