Our G1 Wash machine squeals as it goes across our tile floor…..almost like the rubber from the bottom tray is catching on the floor. This is our second machine with the issue. The first machine was returned as recommended by customer service. They told me they thought that was the issue also. I love this machine, but to be honest, the noise of using it is soooo annoying. Even our dog hides from the sound. Anyone else have this issue and is there a remedy?

Thank you, I did reach out to customer service yesterday and they walked me thru a number of trouble shooting processes. They recommend replacing the Debris Tray, which is what was recommended 6 weeks ago by previous support but was not in stock. Unfortunately the tray is still out of stock today and no one has an idea of when it will be back in stock. Kind of crazy. New unit and can't get parts. So, do I keep waiting and hoping?
