Can someone please confirm whether the attached photo - showing a broken electrical connector in the wand is what’s causing the Motorhead not to turn?  Just spoken to Dyson support and they are sending a new Motorhead- I explained that I didn’t think that was the fault, but they didn’t seem to believe me!

Hi @ElaineS,

Welcome to the Dyson Community, and thanks for letting us know about this.

From your description and image, it looks like you’re right - as it’s the wand that’s damaged, the wand is the part that needs replacing and not the Motorbar cleaner head.

Please visit Dyson.com and click Support to get in touch with the right Dyson Customer Care team for your region - you’ll be able to continue your ongoing conversation with them to ensure the right part is dispatched.

We'll look forward to speaking with you!
