I've stuck the handle on the wrong end of the wand and I cat remove it, is there anyone with any great ideas ?

thanks Sam, we've tried that but it's a brand new Dyson animal ball. We're scared we break it.

Brute force… I’d imagine it’d pop off! If not, give the model id a search on YT. Someone, somewhere no doubtable made a video on it.

At the very most you might break the handle, Dyson will replace it under the guarantee. If you brought it from a store, its possible one of the staff there will help you with it.
