Hi, I don’t even know what this part is called, but in the holder for the brush head on the side of my DC25 Animal, there is a spring clip of sorts to hold it in place. I accidentally popped it out and I can’t work out how it fits back in! I’ve attached some photos and is someone could enlighten me I’d be most grateful. I’ve attached photos.

Either the attachment bracket for the cleaner head or the tool tidy. It’s not the right shape for the brush bar lock.
Yellow is brush bar lock and location.
Red is the attachment bracket.
I’ll see if I can find an image of the tool tidy.

Thanks for getting back to me. I’ve since found out how it fits. It seemed just too wide to fit into the aperture until I spotted the hole at the back to allow for the at extra width.
Great. Was it where the diagram showed that it was?
