I have used my new Cyclone V10 3 times before it stopped working.  I diligently emptied the dust cannister after every  use , cleaned it out and put it back on its charger. This last time it wouldn’t take a charge and never started again. I’ve owned it less than a month and if I hadn’t thrown out the box, I would have returned it and bought a different brand. I’m stuck with it now. I’m wondering if this is going to be a regular monthly occurrence or is it just a one time breakdown? Any experience with this?

@Sherry!!!! Oh dear! What a nightmare!

Two things! Are you charging it using the fabulously named dok? Yes? Get the cable out of there now! Plug it straight into the machine. These things are notorious at being knocked around and the cable coming lose! Try the charger in a couple of plugs! It could be a dud!

Mr Dyson in all his glory gives everyone a warranty!!!! Two years of free repairs and parts! Get on the phone and get it repaired already!
