This company is ridiculous.
My hair dryer stopped working right after the warranty expired (how convenient).
I had to drive 1h30min to their closest repair facility. Only to hear that the motor is bad. And they don’t have the equipment to fix it, but they will have the equipment some time next year (!!!).
And it will cost me 200 dollars.
But the repair person offered the “great deal” of 30% discount in a new hair dryer.
(Just so it stops working after two years again).
The truth is that I am very disappointed that a company this big is not concerned about the quality of the products they put out there. I work hard for my money to buy quality products and now I have a 500 dollar piece of scrap.
Anybody else going through the same issue?
I heard this is happening to many people, so they clearly have a defective product on the market and they have to be held accountable.
Definitely getting customer rights agencies involved.
