feeling like I have been Scammed by Dyson

Having a really bad time with Dyson.

I bought a Dyson Airwrap for my daughter’s Christmas presents. The product shows as being in the delivery Hub but after 3 week it hasn’t arrived. I called customer services twice already asking why and each time I’ve been promised that someone will follow up with the courier and they will comeback with an answer. Needless to say nothing has happened and I am £450 out of pocket feeling like I have been scammed.

It’s not what I expected from this Company and I read so many articles that people not only don’t get the product but they struggle to get a cancellation or refund.

With regards to my previous post. I had a call from a Dyson representative who immediately sorted my issues and sent a replacement.

It’s a shame that the first two customer service people were maybe not as customer service oriented as they should’ve been but we got there in the end.

Im here waiting for my replacement I posted that I was scammed by them too ! And it’s a 640 usd product and no answer and it’s the worst customer service ever and they have not sent me my replacement, different excuses, first they received the package for replacement, second they didnt received it that they got an empty box, third oh they received it but was a different machine and this is the third investigation that they are doing, no calls no emails no nothing and I basically lost my money and time !!

I feel your frustration and I hope that someone from the real customer service department gets in touch with you soon. I say real customer service because Dyson definitely monitors this site and when contact was made to me via this site I got a call and everything was sorted immediately. Whereas calling the customer service support was  in my experience awful and just a waste of time.
