Is there a difference, except for the colour, between Dyson V15 Detect Absolute Yellow/Nickel and Dyson V15 Absolute Detect?? I’m asking because they have a remarkable difference in the price here in Greece.

No. Fundamentally the core of the machine is the same. Suction power, runtime etc..
The only difference might be the filter level (blue vs green) and the tools/accessories that come with it.
