V15 Detect Brush head coming apart from first use, what do i do?

I literally just bought this, after using this within 24 hours it is coming apart, the red strip on the brush head is coming off already… Anyone else experience this, Is this a defected part or just quality of these things are not up to par, what can I do?

Hi @Moonwrap

Thank you for raising this with us.

We can assure you that this is not a defect on the machine.

All manufacturers have an acceptable failure rate on a product line or batch. For example: Less than 5%.  Replacements, returns and refunds.

The best way to resolve this is by contacting the customer service team and raising this or request for a replacement since the machine was purchased recently.

Use our Visit Dyson.com link and navigate to the ‘Support’ section to get started.

Regards,

Dyson will replace it under the two-year warranty.
