I have a problem with max setting on brush head - Suggestions?

Hi I have a Dyson big ball upright vacuum cleaner and the slider on the floor brush seems to be stuck it will not move the Max setting.  Is there a fix for this and is this affecting performance?

@chris the Terrier It may be useful to go through this video tutorial on cleaning and resetting the head. If that doesn’t do it - or if you find this video not relevant to your specific mode - you may need to contact a live agent on our website for more help or a replacement part.

Nope. If there’s no obvious fix when removing the rotational bar, you’ll have to get a replacement. Thank god for Dyson warranty. Making a claim via Dyson, they’ll sent you a new head usually free of charge!
