Inventory shortage - Dyson Stock V15

It’s sad, but it seem Dyson have this issue with a lot of their parts. I imagine their struggling still with the climate and manufacturing. Most of their manufacturing facilities are overseas and deliver globally.

Knowing this doesn’t address your problem, but should help to understand the cause. I recall Dyson highlighted this issue on similar post. 

I’d suggest checking their site regularly or even completing the notify me from multiple browses and use several emails.
