Humidifier - Humidity/connection issues

Dyson replaced my first machine because it quit humidifying after four months. 

This new machine has NEVER humidified, nor can I connect it to wifi.

This model is JUNK. Customer support is a shell game. I could have bought the model without the humidifier for hundreds less.

And the reviews on this machine bear out exactly what I am saying.
