when can I get a refund for the item that I returned in July in 2023?

It’s been almost 8 months since I returned a 40mm air barrel. 

Whenever I contacted the customer service via chat, emails, and over phones, they said it would be refunded between 24-48 hours. HOWEVER, it’s March 1 today.

Why does it take forever? 

I literally talked with Customer Service 100 times so far. How can I be refunded? 

They always asked me about the tracking number, case ID, and the receipt, and I sent all of them upon request. Is it possible to get my money back? My case ID is  ID 36284284.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your refund. I have found your account and the return tracking number in our back end here and refunded you for the part that was returned. Please allow 3-5 business days to see this refund on your bank account and up to 1 billing cycles to see this refund on your bank statement.
