new v15 absolute detect - dust collecting in top half when bin not full. no blockage - any ideas?

I have had my new Dyson less than a month and the dust sticks to inside of top half of the bin despite the bin not being full. I have a already checked for blockages following the video guide on a previous post and there definitely aren't any blockages. Sorry for the photos not being clear - this was just before last emptying. It's happening constantly now. Actually emptying is a pain as I end up having to put my hand in and pull out dust that's trapped between the two parts.

@Wallace  That looks normal to me and looks like a function of static electricity. Thanks for the post.
