I have a Dyson SV03 and the motor head needs to be replaced. The one I have has the part number 60865, but that does not seem to exist on the website and the one suggested by Dyson is 949852 or 966981. Are these interchangeable, and will they fit?

Dyson part numbers are 7 characters long, with a (-) separating the final characters, this maybe why you couldn’t finding it on their website. They’ve recently setup a parts shop for each machine. Here’s the link for yours - Dyson V6™ vacuum (SV03) parts | Dyson.
