Dissatisfied with vacuum + Customer service

I purchased the dyson outsize in July and had problem with the beater bar brush immediately after first use.  I called customer service several times over the last 3 months and they keep telling me that they will send a replacement of the beater brush when it’s back in stock.  This vacuum is a piece of crap!  This thing sounds like a freight train.  The beater bar brush works intermittent now and I am unable to give my floors a good vacuum.  My last call to customer service they said that I could send the vacuum back and get a refund.  Well this is the only vacuum I have in my home and now I’ll have to spend more 💲💲 to purchase another vacuum and it will definitely be a Shark as they are great and the customer service is top notch.  I don’t understand why dyson does not have replacements available withing a reasonable time frame.  I am very unhappy with the product and customer service of dyson and will not recommend. My first time buying a dyson and my last!
