It seems the little wheels have reached lifetime… How can I replace with new ones?

@Martin1. If dyson don’t have the part, I’m sure one of these retailers will.

Hi there  @Martin1,

Usually those small wheels are not considered a user-replaceable part - however, markets do differ in their stock availability.

I’d recommend contacting local support to inquire about replacing to wheels or the entire cleaner head.

To get started, click on our Visit Dyson.com link and navigate to the ‘Support’ section, selecting your machine from the on-screen listing.

Alternatively, visit our How to: Order spare parts and accessories | Dyson Community article - we have a list of 3rd-party providers who may sell these parts, if we don’t.

Hi Adam, thanks for your reply.

Another 10 cent part which leads to very expensive repair… I had already the problem with the broken power button….

I think that is called product obsolescence - not nice.

Kr, Martin

If you’ve got some needle nose pliers, you should be able to pop them our through this grove.

Thanks!

In the meantime I’ve ordered replacement wheels from Dyson Shop!
