Cyclone V10 Animal bin stopper broken

My Dyson bin keeps flying off when we try to empty it because the stopper has broken off. Is there any way we can order a spare part, just the bit that holds the stopper?

Hi there @Sarah495 that part is called the bin runner. We do not have that part for sale on its on. It would require a new main body for your machine. You can find this part under the support tab on Dyson.com and select your machine from the cordless line, all parts and spares will be shown there.
