Dyson AM09 Fan - Cooling mode

Fan won’t go below 33 degrees. Needs to be at 32 degrees for cooling. Is there a way to reset the device? (Edited by Moderator - Tags Added, Title Amended)

Purifier - How to change settings from heat to cool without the remote

We lost our remote and Dyson are out of stock. Is it possible to change settings from heat to cool without the remote. When I turn the machine on it just blows hot air and there doesn’t seem to be anywhere to change it over? Can anyone help explain please?

Logitech Harmony & Dyson HP07 (Using a 3rd Party remote Control)

I have a Logitech Harmony 950 Universal Learning Remote and I’m trying to learn the commands from my Dyson HP07 to declutter my numerous remotes.As it is, the Dyson remote commands will not be learned by the Harmony remote.  On calling Logitech, the conclusion was to request the Pronto Hex Codes from Dyson so they can create a compatibility with the HP07.However, calling Dyson Support seems to confuse them as how to answer the question and where to find these “special codes”.So, I’m asking here, where can I get the Pronto Hex Codes for my Dyson HP07 so I can send it to Logitech and make my device compatible?

Purifier HP00 - Not oscillation when heating

Hi all, I have recently purchased a HP00 hot and cool fan, however I noticed it doesn’t oscillate when set it to heat, only above 24° it does. Is that normal?  Thanks! (Edited by moderator – Tags added)

Dyson Humidifier - Can you get to 70%? Help!

Has anyone actually had their dyson purifier and humidifier get up to 70%? Ours doesn’t go past 45% we’ve tried many of the tricks in the community.  (Edited by moderator – Tags added)

Dyson air purifier does not connect to fiber optic internet

HOA recently moved us to Summit fiber internet and the Dyson air purifier will not connect. According to customer service at Dyson, it is not possible for my expensive Dyson unit to connect to my internet nor my phone. There is no software update from Dyson to resolve this issue.Just giving a heads up to anyone thinking of buying this expensive unit. If you want to monitor your air in the house or monitor your filter, be sure it will connect to your internet. Please note mine did connect prior to changing services. It’s ridiculous in this day and age that Dyson cannot fix this problem. I asked customer support to file a complaint, but we know that probably  won’t happen. This is my second bad experience with Dyson. Previously a humidifier needed service, but they said they don’t do that and I had to trash it.  (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Dyson Purifier Cool - screen has gone blank

The screen on our air purifier has gone completely blank. The fan still works and when you use the app you can see the air quality data, so it seems like everything is still working except the display. I’ve checked that it’s not on Night mode and pressing the i button on the remote control doesn’t change anything. I’m stumped!

Purifier Heater - Oscillation disabled

Have had my machine for a little over a month now. It was purchased brand new at my local Best Buy. That being said, this has happened randomly about the 4th time now. The Dyson app will report with a red ! mark oscillation disabled. I go in my room to take a look and sure enough, the fan has stopped oscillating. Per the app. I use my remote and hit the oscillating button and it starts working again. What is causing this issue? I am still in my return period and wonder if this is an early failure warning to come? I use the oscillation breeze mode exclusively with this machine on 24/7.

Dyson Purifier humidity +Cool - Humidity help

My bedroom is way way too hot. Since turning the Dyson on 6 hours ago the temp has gone up from 23 to 24 degrees and even though humidity is set at 50% it refuses to drop below 63%.It's a bloomin expensive purchase to be hotter and more uncomfortable. Air Treatment - No WIFI Symbol

Hi. Our new Purifier has what I believe is a No WiFi symbol on the display screen.  Does anyone know if I can fix this or will I need to contact Dyson directly? Thanks.

I live in Slovakia. I bought Dyson Air Purifier in Slovakia. But when I try download application from AppStore I see error “This app is currently not available in your country or region”(Edited by moderator – Tag added)

Pure Hot + Cool Noisy

I've had the Dyson Pure Hot + Cool Link for about 6 yrs now and have been putting up with a low to medium pitch motor whine at fan speeds slower than level 3. While it is tolerable in a large siiting room or during the day when I'm awake, it is annoying during the night when used in the bedroom and the fan drops to the low speeds in Auto which causes interrupted sleep.Please listen to these audio recordings on my Google drive and advise if this is normal. Change Fan Speed on Heat Setting on Dyson Hot & Cool

Although I can change the fan speed on the Cool setting of my Purifier Hot & Cool, I can’t change it when it’s on the Heat setting - it just blasts out, even if I move the fan speed to 1.Is this normal!?(Edited by moderator – tags added)

Humidifier Water Level - App Alert

My tank runs out of water and doesn’t notify me each time. Wi-Fi is correct as sometimes it notifies me on my iPhone and Apple Watch and sometimes it doesn’t. I am at home almost every day all day. Why is this happening?!(Edited by moderator – Moved to a new category and Tags added)

Feedback and suggestions

Hello! Just a few features that would be very nice to have. Need to be able to control machines from a web interface / web page from web browsers, so that they could be controlled from desktop computers as well.More integrations such as with IFTTT would be really useful.Need an option to get notifications/alerts as emails as well, such as filter replacements and malfunctions, not just as mobile notifications.There are no Android widgets for the mobile app.It would be convenient to be able to choose the app's home screen so that the first screen that opens up could be the remote controller screen. Thanks!

how to change cool air to warm on auto mode

Hi, I have the DYSON PURIFIER HOT+COOL FORMALDEHYD model and I have it on auto all day and night. My problem is it continuously blows cool air and can get very draughty during the day and the room gets cold in the night. So recently I’ve turned it off at night time but surely this shouldn’t be the case. How to adjust on-screen display brightness

Dear Team,  I have recently purchased two Dyson Air Purifiers (TP07) at New Delhi, India. I noticed that during the day, the screen display is dimmed and at night it is clearly visible. My mother and father are struggling to read and see the display clearly during the daytime. Is there any way the display brightness can be adjusted ? App button greyed out - Help

Hello, my scheduling button is greyed out and I can’t use it. Does anyone know what this means? …I’ve not changed anything in the app and the machine hasn't been turned off. I can also still use the remote. I just can’t use the scheduling.

fan doesnt turn off when temperature is reached

I have and hot and cold pure. I set the temperature at 20 degrees and set it going. The room can then get to 25 + without the fan switching off (I know this as it heats my daughters nursery and she has a room thermometer.) does anyone know why this is happening. It just doesn’t seem to turn itself off when the temperature is reached? (Edited by moderator – tags amended)

Dyson Purifier Auto mode - Broken

Using auto mode my air quality is good and below the auto target but my hot/cold formaldehyde HP09 doesn’t go onto standby/idle. Thought that this was the purpose of using auto mode. There’s still airflow even though the app shows airflow as off. I’ve only had the machine for a day and still fathoming it out. (Edited by moderator – tags amended)

Auto mode on standby

We recently bought a Hot+Cold Formaldehyde Purifier. The air quality in our home is measuring surprisingly well considering our city location, so we have had the machine on standby but on ‘continuous monitoring’.Should the air quality worsen, will the auto mode turn the machine on to start purification? Or would we need to leave the machine on for this to work? Is there any benefit to leaving the machine on at all if the air quality is good and the temperature is mild (British Septembers don’t usually need fans or heaters!)?  Any thoughts welcome!

It also displays the current room temperature, humidity and much more… Just press the (i) information button on the remote control to scroll through the on screen options.Want to learn more about these screen and what the particular levels mean?You can do this two different way:In the Dyson Link App. Once your machine is connected, press the settings icon in the top right, then select ‘Using your machine' and chose 'Your machine's display screens'. Visit the ‘Viewing your machine's air quality graphs’ article to read about the Indoor and Outdoor air quality. If you have any specific questions, feel free to post these below.Thanks.
