Hi, I have tried to register my device using your UK website, but it keeps showing up with an error message confirming that it is unable to allocate the product. I have tried to use the digital bot as well, but it cannot recognise my email either. How to initiate a return of a defective device?

Hello Everyone,2 month ago I bought a brand new Dyson gen5 outsize for a premium price at a retailer, after bringing the defective device back to the retailer i got told i have to engage with Dyson directly (different story).Trying doing so i always end up with a chat bot which doesn't understand the question “warranty?” there is not much of a customer service. Also i got lured into joining the Dyson page and the Dyson community and promised here i find the help i need. So far i didn't got any help and my Dyson still doesn't work.Also I‘m always guided to buy spare parts which i believe after 2 month of use of a brand new product i should not be in need of spare parts.Dyson products are awesome until the aren’t awesome anymore.

Dyson V11 cutting out

I have a V11 (purchased last year). In the last couple of weeks when I use it, it cuts out and I have to repress the trigger multiple times until it works. Then it cuts out again. It will do this about 5 times after which it’s fine and works well.i have cleaned the filter, taken out the battery and wiped the battery points however it is still cutting out.Does anyone have any solutions for this problem?In appreciation, Charlie

Customer Service is Abysmal, Help with Warranty

My wife and I have been Dyson customers for over 7 years. I have had my Dyson Cyclone V10 Absolute for about 1.5 years now and the vacuum is completely dying. I have to wash the filter every other week and yet the vacuum is constantly overheating and just cutting off with no warning light indications. Not to mention the constant clogging. It’s still under warranty and I thought this would be a simple process to file a claim and get my vacuum serviced or replaced. I bought a Dyson hearing such good things about their customer service. This is not the case. I have found it impossible to file a warranty claim. The website chat bot keeps me in a loop asking for my email address, there is no link to file a warranty claim directly, there is no customer support email address. I tried calling 3 times to no avail. When I file got an agent on the phone, they claimed that they could not hear me and hung up on me. What a sad state this company is in. Can't get answers from Customer Service regarding a replacement vacuum

Hello all! I am beyond frustrated with Dyson customer service for the lack of action. I've contacted via phone and chat many times now since July 20th. My vacuum stopped working, it was under warranty, they said to ship it back which I did and ever since then, I'm getting the most polite response of, "I've looked into this matter and you'll have an email in 24-48 hours". Lots of platitudes is fine but I just want the vacuum. At one point, they said the vacuum I sent in is not available so they were going to send me something comparable. I said fine. Yep! You'll hear in 24-48 hours. I spoke to them again last week and even requested a supervisor who supposedly came on line to chat (I have to wonder if its the same person with a different name/title) and he/she said they had released the machine and I ought to hear in 24-48 hours. I told them I'd been told it was released several times and the person said, this time its released and I'll hear in 24-48 hours. Its now 2 weeks later and sti

Dyson has kept my Vacuum since 9th of August and not once updated me!! WTF IS GOING ON?!!!

Made a huge mistake in getting a Dyson from Dyson’s website and now am stuck without a vacuum cleaner for over a month since sending my Gen5 Detect for a small repair. Since last one month I have on numerous occasions have requested an update or a turn around time which their customer service refuse to give me. Is this even acceptable? Has Dyson really lost the plot and simply doesn’t care about their customers nor even acknowledge their issues? This will be my last ever purchase and I really hope this company soon is out of business the way they are treating their customers.

I wanna confirm something

Can someone please confirm to me that when mopping with the Dyson v15 submarine the percentage that shows the screen is the battery life? I saw someone who said that it was the percentage of water but it doesn’t make any sense since the water tank can be completed fill and the percentage would be different. Thank you very much.

What specific substances is the voc sensor (purifier) calibrated to?

Is there a list of substances the VOC sensor reacts on (or is calibrated on)?The reason why I am asking is that the autoimmune disease of my wife got worse with moving to a new flat - and there is very likely some off-gasing happening (new furniture, wall colors, wooden floor covering, etc..). Whats interesting is that formaldehyde is super super low (0,005 never above 0.02) while VOC goes up to level 5 etc (especially at over 25° and 50% humidity)And we try hard to figure out what specifically is causing it .. (or not). It seems that formaldehyde is a laging indicator (and the formaldehyde sensor is really only calibrated to this rather than various aldehydes)
