Cyclone V10 cuts out on power 1 & 2, but Max OK

HiOur 5 year old V10 has just started cutting out on power settings 1 & 2. it’s fully charged, has a clean filter and no blockages. All 3 blue lights show, no red lights or blockage alerts. Press the trigger, pulses once, all lights go out - and yet it works OK on Max. I can’t see and answer to this in any previous topics:Help!Thanks

V12 Detect Slim turns off after a few seconds.

My V12 Detect Slim in Nickel has an issue where I press the power button and the unit functions normally for about 5 seconds, then without powering down, the motor just stops. The unit remains on though. I can repeat this process for about 4 or 5 times and it functions fine. It’s very annoying and it’s an issue with the main board of the unit, something in the start up sequence. It’s a manufacturing flaw.Happens all the time when using the unit. Fully charged, half charge, doesn’t matter. It used only happen with 1 false start. Now it’s up to 5 or 6 false starts before it functions as expected. There are no error codes on screen. Again, unit will function normally after a time of false starts. It has to be a capacitor issue on the mainboard, some voltage is wrong in the start up sequence it cuts power to the motors. There is no solution the customer and do to fix to the issue. Replacement of the body is the only solution and its a known issue to Dyson customer service.#4 is why there a

3 faulty airstraits

One very unhappy customerI was gifted an air strait for Valentine’s Day. The first one worked for approx 1 month then stopped blowing out air and coming up with an error message.An exchange was organised and delivered to me and the exact same fault occurred.Contacted customer care again and all that can be done is another exchange. I was told the colour I wanted wasn’t in stock so changed colours. New replacement has been opened today and lo and behold it’s exactly the same fault.We have tried multiple different power points and in different houses to no availEach time I call I get told it’ll be sent express it isn’t I’ve been told there is no higher up to speak to and the techs can’t tell me why my previous devices are faulting After spending nearly $800 on thisMachine it is an absolute disgrace. I have never had any problems with my Dyson hair products or vacuums and am tired of being told different information every single time I contact you guys One very unhappy and angry customer

Dyson’s customer service is awful. I sent in my corrale straightener in for an exchange sept 2024 followed their directions used their label only to be told the box did not contain the straightener when they received it. I asked them what it did contain and they could not tell me. I asked them if they had a video of whoever unboxed things and they said no. I most certainly put the not charging straightener in the box so where did it go? I called monthly for a while with no luck. This is soooo time consuming but it’s a $500 dollar straightener! I’ve not called in a while, who has time to call and hold for over an hour each time. I’m so sad about this as we have many Dyson products, but I would be very hesitant to purchase another. Where is my straightener Dyson? This is wrong!!!!

Is it common to have very visible scratches on the plastic part even on a new Dyson Supersonic Nural™? It is my first ever Dyson hairdryer and kinda saddens and disappoints me that for the amount that it costs to have scratches before use.I understand that in use it may happen but that in a brand new one..

Plates not fullt aligned

Is it normal for the plates not to be fully aligned or touching at the bottom, or could this indicate that the plates have shifted or sunk? Just want to confirm if this is by design or a potential defect. Is there a way to fix or resolve this issue?

scheduled clean could not be started

My vis nav 360 seems to be very high maintenance. It has stopped following the schedule I have set without some form of intervention. It is constantly in sleep mode and doesn't seem to want to wake up for scheduled cleans. Due to the length of time it takes to do a full clean I have multiple schedules set so that it cleans a couple of zones at a time.Until the most recent firmware update it was starting its first 2 zone clean at 5.45am. Since then it seems to have started to ignore that schedule. It was scheduled to start again at 7am. I woke it up (by pulling-out from the dock and pushing back) a couple of minutes before the start time and it was able to start. I did the same for the afternoon 2 zone clean but this time it was a little earlier and unfortunately it went back to sleep before starting. I am getting the 10mins to start notification on my phone for every scheduled clean, then an unable to start notification a couple of mins after the start time. I am cleaning optics when r

Persistent Odor from Dyson BP04 K-Carbon Filter – Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Dyson BP04 air purifier, but I’ve been dealing with a persistent odor coming from the K-Carbon filter since the first use.I originally kept my first BP04 unit running continuously for over a month, hoping the smell would fade, but it didn’t. Dyson eventually replaced the unit with a brand-new one, but the exact same issue happened with the replacement. What I’ve Noticed:• The odor started immediately and hasn’t disappeared, even after weeks of continuous use.• It doesn’t seem like the usual “new filter” smell—it lingers much longer than expected.• Both my original and replacement units had the same issue, making me suspect a possible batch-related defect in the K-Carbon filters. What I’ve Tried: ✔ Running the purifier on max speed for extended periods✔ Removing the filter and airing it out separately✔ Ensuring the room isn’t humid to avoid moisture absorption✔ Checking for any external odor sources being trapped in the filter Since I’ve had this issu

We have an issue - the vacuum is cutting out when we start to clean. We connected with your customer service, but dont know when the main body will be send! It is very inpleasant without a vacuumcleaner in the house! So please tell me some deadline??
