terrible experience with Dyson’s customer service?

I’m extremely disappointed with Dyson customer service. I placed an online order on 5th June 2025 (Thursday). I contacted them on Thursday 12 June via messenger, asking when I should expect my order to be shipped and was informed that shipment occurs within 2-3 business days. When I mentioned that I was asking because my order had been placed 4 business days before, the person told me to “check my calendar” as 5 June was a Friday (what was wrong) and that weekends are not counted (what I already knew). They didn’t acknowledge my order was delayed, they didn’t update me on when it would be shipped but instead completely dismissed my question.

V11 keeps pulsing - tried a new filter it doesn't work

My V11 keeps pulsing although I cleaned it thoroughly. Customer Service sent me a new filter but it doesn’t change anything. I’m still under warranty but I moved to France with my vacuum bought in Germany and nobody from Customer Service wants to help further. Not even mentioning the rudeness. I’m desperate.

Hair gets caught between round voluminizing brush and aurwrap

Hi, I have used the round voluminizing brush for some time now however every time I use it my hair gets caught between the attachment and the air wrap. I am not sure how can I avoid this? Can someone please help?I loose quite a few hair because of this and have stopped using the brush attachment altogether :(Thanks

V8 cycling on and off - no blockage

My V8 vacuum just started cycling on & off. I understand this is a feature to indicate there’s a blockage but I have scoured the thing for any possible blockage and can find none. It ONLY does this when the full size carpet attachment or hard-floor attachment is on. If any other attachment is on, including the mini-motorized attachment, it does not cycle on/off. We almost never use the carpet attachment so it’s almost as clean as the day we bought it.Appreciate any suggestions.

Do Not Buy from Dyson – Especially via Their Amazon Storefront

I received a Dyson air purifier as a wedding gift from my Amazon registry. It was purchased directly through the Dyson Store on Amazon, but within less than a year, the product completely stopped working. I contacted Dyson support, went through all the recommended troubleshooting steps, and was told that the product was defective — not due to user error.However, when they emailed me to register the device for warranty, I saw that they had somehow pre-registered my unit over a year before I even received it. They claimed this was done automatically and advised me to send in my proof of purchase. I submitted my Amazon order receipt five times, and every single Dyson rep gave me the same scripted response, saying my receipt was invalid. I even spoke with two supervisors and still got nowhere.Eventually, I called instead of chatting and was connected to a supervisor who was shockingly rude. She told me to send screenshots of my Amazon order history, which I did. She then claimed the screen

Automatically Pause when Transparent is turned on?

Loving my new OnTrac headphones so far. Is there a way to have playback automatically pause when I turn on Transparent mode and then resume when I return to ANC mode? Scenario: I’m listening to music with ANC on and someone needs to talk to me. Currently, I have to double tap an ear cup to turn on Transparent AND I also have to press the joystick to pause. When done talking, I have to do both of those again to turn ANC back on and resume the music. It would be super convenient to have the transparent mode automatically pause the music, at least. Perhaps a toggle in the app to enable this feature? FWIW, I’m comparing these headphones to the new Sony XM6 which have this feature and much more.

Poor Customer Service

I purchased the Airwrap i.d and LOVED IT. After one week, the filter needed to be cleaned. I cleaned it, and it still was not working. I reached out for support. After a phone call and video chat to verify the issue, I was sent a label and asked to send the item back for repair. I was sent a label with my own personal address as the destination. After waiting another 20 minutes on hold, I was sent another label. Incorrectly. I spent nearly $700 on this item, and am incredibly disappointed. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

help!!

I’ve had it up to here with Dyson and poor customer service. So after not getting my issues resolved at all. I’ve sent two letters to Dyson via Royal Mail tracked. Both letters have not been delivered and I do not know why. How corrupt is this. I’ve spent hours compiling evidence at how Dyson have not dealt with my complaints on several occasions. Why are they not accepting letters? Chat is useless on the phone I’m just banging my head to be honest. The treatment I’ve had is shocking. address is the Tetbury Hill in the website, more corrupt behaviour dyson. Is it not enough you didn’t help all the time my item had warranty and now you state no help as warranty ended. Awful. Trading standards will be next!
