Problem with Corrale Hair Straightener - No support from Dyson

I need some advice from the community as I am now starting to realize that, after several attempts to get a resolution, that I am not getting a replacement hair straightener.I bought my wife a Corrale straightener as a birthday present in November 2024 and it stopped working in January 2025.I immediately contacted Dyson customer support in January and was told to expect an email confirming delivery details of a replacement unit… but whilst a received a confirmation email, I received nothing further.Four months later and this has now happened 2 further times and its clear that I can’t get a replacement.Each time I’m told its ‘an issue with the exchange’ but from reading this website its now clear this excuse is Dyson’s standard practice… I get an exchange confirmation email and I go back to square one. If someone could give me an email address or phone number of someone in Dyson who could solve this issue (or any advice!) it would be gratefully received as its clear no one will support

Dyson Corrale hair straightener is not holding a charge. How to complain to dyson about thier product s and customer service

The battery on my Dyson Corrale hair straightener is not holding a charge. It used to last for 30 minutes of cord-free styling, but now it dies after only 1 minute i have had for about 3 yrs i have tried charging it multiple times, and i have followed all the troubleshooting steps from Dyson's website . uk customers service is so poor and i am extremely unsatisfied and they know the issue is worldwide but want me to spend more money to get it replaced ..spending over 400 pounds on a item that i cant use and it was advertised as cordless should last over 10 yrs .now the item is useless

I own several Dyson products and have always loved them, so when it came around to my birthday I treated myself to replace my trusty GHD straightener (which I’ve had for over 10 years and is still working perfectly), I decided to invest in the Dyson Corrale Straightener. It was the worst mistake ever.Within a year, my Corrale started playing up. It wouldn’t hold a charge for longer than a few minutes and kept shutting off while I was trying to style my hair. I contacted Dyson support, and they asked for video evidence of the fault. However, because the product was just out of warranty, they told me the repair would cost $200. This is an outrageous amount for what seems to clearly be a battery issue.Even more frustrating, Dyson themselves acknowledged that the repair cost was expensive, but instead of offering meaningful help, they simply sent me a link to their new Airstrait model and suggested I put the $200 toward buying another brand new straightener. Persistent Odor from Dyson BP04 K-Carbon Filter – Anyone Else Experiencing This?

Hi everyone, I recently purchased a Dyson BP04 air purifier, but I’ve been dealing with a persistent odor coming from the K-Carbon filter since the first use.I originally kept my first BP04 unit running continuously for over a month, hoping the smell would fade, but it didn’t. Dyson eventually replaced the unit with a brand-new one, but the exact same issue happened with the replacement. What I’ve Noticed:• The odor started immediately and hasn’t disappeared, even after weeks of continuous use.• It doesn’t seem like the usual “new filter” smell—it lingers much longer than expected.• Both my original and replacement units had the same issue, making me suspect a possible batch-related defect in the K-Carbon filters. I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the handling of my recent repair booking. My Dyson machine, which is just over two years old and has been well cared for, developed a fault that I expected could be repaired without issue. I was very disappointed to be informed that the main body of the machine is out of stock and that a repair is not possible. This is particularly frustrating given the machine’s age, its excellent condition, and the reputation Dyson claims for product durability and quality. Adding to my dissatisfaction is the offer provided — a 25% discount off the full price of a new machine. Considering that the fault is through no misuse or negligence on my part, and that the product has failed after just two years, I find this solution wholly inadequate. It feels unreasonable to ask loyal customers to pay a large sum again, rather than standing behind the quality of your machines with more meaningful support. My coralle straighteners are showing an overheating warning symbol. I’ve had them 3 years and this fault has already been repaired under warranty. move spoken to Customer support who state that they cannot repair them. Anyone had a similar issue? Thank you

V12 Detect Slim Vaccum start and stop several times

I am experiencing an issue with my V12 Detect Slim vaccum (purchased 04/12/2024). When I press the power button, the unit functions normally for about 2-3 seconds, then the motor stops without powering down. The unit remains on. I need to repeat this process several times before it functions correctly. This issue occurs even the vaccum itself has full battery charge level.I cleared the filter and the dustbin, and there are no error messages displayed on the screen. Could anyone advise? Thanks

does anyone know what causes a clean to be abandoned?

Does anyone know what the reason for a 'clean abandoned' notification is? I have intermittently had this error notification on my phone. When I click on the notification it takes me to the app and I see a message advising that the clean was abandoned. No causes are given for the abandoned clean and I do not know if there are any logs to record the reason. Is there a list of potentially causes that will help me diagnose and resolve the issue?

Please help. I want to buy an air purifier TP09. Can I set the Dayson app to turn the purifier on and off, for example twice a day between 9:00/11:00 and the next hour 18:00/21:00? And so every day.

suction at hose but not at base

I have a Dyson ball vacuum and it recently has stopped sucking at the base. The hose still works. I have cleaned all filters, taken apart the base and see no obstruction. Any help would be appreciated.
