360 vis nav not detecting battery out of the box (Solved)

I have just unpacked and set up my brand new machine. It has successfully connected to wifi. Says place on dock, it is on dock, battery not connected, robot temperature too high. It won’t even start. Software updates fail. Shattered!  What am I missing?

Dyson Robot 360 - Possible battery issues

im arguing with myself here but i think i know the answers.  Recently my 360 has began to stop for no reason saying it needed to return to dock.  If i run a small zone, it will sound as if it is trying to go to max but then dropping down to quiet.  I've cleaned the filters and although the battery indicator is full and showing charging when it should. I suspect the battery is shot.  anyone experienced this? (Moderation Edit - Tags Added)

Has the Dyson 360 Heurist been discontinued?

Dyson 360 Heurist disappeared form the website and it’s now possible to book the Dyson 360 visnav.I’m not planning to get rid of my Dyson 360 Heurist anytime soon,is it being discontinued? for how long will the app support this model? for how long Dyson will support replacement parts?Thanks

How long will Dyson support the Robot on their App?

I am looking to replace my DC15 with a Dyson Heurist 360 Robot Vacuum.I understand that Dyson no longer manufacture robot vacuum cleaners so I am concerned that Dyson will soon stop supporting the mobile app and I will be left with a bit of kit I can’t use.Does anyone know how long Dyson plan to continue supporting the app for? Thanks :)

Are 360 Heurist and 360 eye parts are interchangeable, specifically the cyclone?

The mesh on the cyclone for my 360 Heurist is a bit frayed, and I’d like to replace, but no one, including Dyson, seems to sell a cyclone specifically for the Heurist. 966609-01 IS available in a lot of places, including Dyson, but it is listed on the 360 eye page, although the photo looks the same. Can I use it??

Dyson Robot 360 - The Dyson App in CHILE

HI there, I bought a Dyson 360 heurist in the netherlands and brought it to Chile, where I live. I asked the people in the store if it would work and said no problem. NOw I find the app store does not let me download the app and cannot use it. Help! Is there any way to fix this. It was a very expensive purchase.  Tried VPN and no success.  Sabine

Help with removing Robot notifications in iOS app that it can't start cleaning

I don’t own the 360 eye anymore and I still get annoying notifications on my ios phone because of the dyson app that it can’t start cleaning (I own other dyson items that I use the app for).  There is no way to add the dyson 360 eye to the app since I don’t own it.  The dyson 360 eye still shows up in my account on the web, which is the only place it shows up.  I have had new phones and deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times so the only place it can get the information from is the my account for dyson on the web.  I have called support multiple times to get it removed and have been told it would be removed but it wasn’t.  It is a horrible annoying experience.  Why don’t they have the option to remove machines you don’t have any more.

360 Heurist - Wandering robot - Direct cleaning?

Can I make my robotic vacuum cleaner take a direct route from its base to the room to be cleaned?  At the moment it sets off and wanders around the hall before going into the chosen room to clean. (Moderation Edit - Tags Added/Updated Category)

Help. What should I call my Robot?

Hi Everyone. After lots of research, much of it on the community, I took the plunge and ordered a 360 heurist.Set up was super easy, the app guided me through every step. Kudos to Dyson. The only issues I've had, which for me is a BIG one, is what to name it. I grew up in the early 1980s and have a lot of Sci-Fi films in which I can draw on. Here's my shortlist.RobocopTerminator R2D2BishopJohnny 5 I obviously can’t buy 4 more.What have others called their Robot?Has anyone got a recommendation to sway me towards one of my name?

360 Heurist - Robot filter cleaning advice

Looking for some advice.The robots filter has a narrow 2-3 inch opening, which allows the water to rise through the material and out the other side. I’ve cleaned the filter for the first time and can still see dust/grime through this opening. Is there a Lyn easier way to clean inside, other than flushing it with water? Thanks. Charlie.

360 Heurist - Robot Offline

Hi My friend has a Robot Heurist and it’s showing as switched off in their App. They’ve put it on the dock and it doesn’t come on. Is there an off and on switch? Does anyone know what they can do to try and fix it?Thanks. Kirby(Edited by moderator – Tags added)

Proud owner of a Robot

Hi everyone! I finally took the leap and purchased a Robot! The main purpose of it is to help with the cleaning when I am unable to make it to my mothers house. We’ve setting it up later tonight and I am super excited to see what its like! Wish me luck.

360 Eye - Community feedback

Having only joined the community a few weeks back, and owning both a heater and a robot eye. Its great that there is now support for them both.I’ve always found the eye struggles around dusk. Little did I know that it’s not the machine but the amount of lights I have on. I’ll be testing it out later tonight. Great work @Stuart and team.

360 Eye - Docking issue

Hi everyone. I’m hoping someone can help or at the least point me in the direction of support content. I recently redecorated and had to move my robot dock. When plugging it back in, I made sure it was in the same place with nothing in front of it. On two out of three occasions the eyes has had trouble docking. Does anyone have a suggestion on what it could be or what I can try to fix it? Thank you in advance.

360 Eye - Is my robot lost or broken?

My Robot always drives backwards and forwards on the same areas of carpet. This lasts for about 2 - 3 minutes before it suddenly shoots of to do the rest of the room.Anyone know why it does this? Is it broken?
