Hi there,I am a really confident dyson 360 vis nav user, but something bothers me. Sometimes the robot detects new rooms which arent there. Unfortunately those rooms are permanently added to the map right away. Is there a way to delete those without re-mapping the whole house over again?As you can see in the screenshot it has discovered a “new room” next to the utility room which does not exist. It also has added some weird shapes to the living room on top. How to delete these? Those lead the robot to a inefficient navigation. Thanks!
Our latest software release for the Dyson 360 Vis Nav™ robot vacuum (RB03PR.01.08.001.3325). The robot was unable to update via the app to version RB03PR.01.08.002.4054. The connection with the application has been severed and we cannot connect again. For the second day, the robot's logo display is on and a slight noise is heard. Nothing else can be done. Clicking on the display with the logo does not happen. What to do?
Hey, This morning I received the following firmware update on my 360 vis nav : RB03PR.01.08.002.4054 Is there any changelog / list of improvements for that new firmware ? :) Maybe @Jack can help ? Thanks !
Hi. We have just bought a Vis360 but it can’t seem to dock. We have followed all instructions correctly . It goes back to dock and then manoeuvres round it but doesn’t connect up until battery dies l!! Please help 🙈(Moderation edit - title updated)
Hi, I’ve had the Vis Nav for nearly a week now, and it astounds me how something so expensive could be so bad. I live in a 60m2 flat, and it hasn't been able to complete a clean of the entire place on 3 attempts, regularly gets lost and returns to base. This morning, while attempting another clean, it did two rooms, then went to base. I tried again with the two zones it missed; it cleaned one and decided it didn’t want to bother with the other. Now, I'm trying to clean the last zone, but it won’t even leave the dock. What should I do?Is the firmware going to improve?Should I just return it now?(Moderation edit - title updated)
We have just received our Dyson Vis Nav and in addition to this we have had for around 10 years a Husqvarana Automower. One of the things the kids love is that Husqvarna sell “Wraps” for the lawnmower so you can turn them from a boring lawnmower into a Ladybird. Just wondered if anyone has seen this done for these robots as yet?
Hello,Following the highly anticipated launch of the Dyson 360 Vis Nav in France last week, and after receiving it, I am encountering an issue: the MyDyson app does not recognize the device.I have attempted to connect it using my iPhone, iPad, and even an Android smartphone to no avail. Despite the device clearly emitting a Bluetooth signal.It seems the issue lies with the app. Are there others experiencing the same problem?The only solution offered by customer support (which is, by the way, very poor) is to return the device for a replacement within one week. However, this likely won't resolve the issue since the device is emitting a Bluetooth signal, indicating that the problem stems from the app.I find it unacceptable to sell such an expensive device and offer such subpar customer support. At this price range, Apple provides much better service. It's baffling.
Hello, What are the airwatt ratings for each cleaning mode? I only found the 65 AW rating that is linked to the boost mode, right?
Hi I have had my robot for 3 weeks and everything was going well up to yesterday when the unit starts to have errors and needing attention. The first 3 weeks were perfect and no issues occurred at all. This morning got an error message on my machine - serial number F6C-UK-SGA0326A. Error code is 17.11.-1 Please advise how to fix the machine. I am at work so have not been able to put it back on the dock yet.
Had my robot since October. After initial mapping and zoning issues finally is working. However every time I go to use it via my phone app the ‘connection is lost’ and the suggested reboot by taking the robot off the dock for 30secs and replacing doesn’t work either. I have to power off and power on then put on the dock. This happens every time, very frustrating. I’m loathe to ring support, last time I did that I had a scheduled call which didn’t happen (after taking time off work to be home).
(I borrowed this theme, and I also encountered the same problem and didn’t know how to solve it.)Hi I got the 1st gen Dyson 360 eye from a friend who did not want to use it any more after he moved to a new apartment that is too small. However he did not remove the vacuum cleaner properly in his MyDyson app and now I cannot connect to it using MyDyson app. I also tried the troubleshooting procedures to download the enable, disable and reset wifi config but it never worked! I still cannot connect and use the vacuum cleaner using MyDyson app. Is there another way to factory reset the vacuum cleaner? It has still the old configs and map so the vacuum cleaner pretty useless to me if I can´t get it to connect to MyDyson. The connection always hangs at step 2 in Confirming Connection and never succeeded! Please see screenshot… can someone from Dyson support help me reset the robot using other means? Thank you so much! I already tried this step very close to the router and wifi access point
I need to know how to add a new zone to the existing map of a Dyson 360 Vis Nav? If that is an option.There were a room that was not available when the machine was mapping, later when that the room was available the robot did clean it but it was not added to the map. I could see the room in the activity but not in the map. I have check every possible avenue to non available. The only option I could see will be to create a new map. Is that the only option?
Just bought a new 360 Vis Nav and after 5 minutes of use it displayed Low Battery - Return to Dock. It was promptly returned, but did not appear to charge despite being in the dock (with the blue light illuminated so say it was ready, and then turned off when on the dock). It does not appear to be charging and is with low power. Is there something wrong? It’s also not on the latest version, despite allowing auto update through the App. Help!!
My robot cleaner is about 3 months old but as of 2 days ago, just won’t clean! It won’t do the scheduled clean. If I set up an app clean, it moves then immediately says returning to dock then I get a message saying Dyson can’t clean. I have a tried cleaning everything, powering down and turning back on to no avail. I can press the machine to clean, but only if not in the dock. Any tips welcome. It’s very frustrating!

Hi,I received Heurist 360 as a wedding gift from my old good friend living in Spain.But after trying out the robot for 1-2 times it started to move in circle in one place.I searched google and found out that our robot has tank track defect.One wheel goes well but the other side belt is not getting the power to move. I am currently living in Korea where Dyson robots are yet introduced so cannot the get appropriate service from Dyson service center…Since Dyson products are not cheap products I don’t want to go to any private service centers.I really want to get this fixed and use. Can anyone help me get this fixed?
Hey allcan someone please tell me how does the new robot handle floors exactly? Let’s say that the ground floor is the main base, but on occasion I want to take it upstairs so it cleans kid’s rooms. How does that exactly work? Some considerations:Does it need a base upstairs? (can I buy a second base?) Does it understand on its own that it’s on another floor, or I have to manually tell it? My robot keeps starting and moving off the dock for about a foot or so, turns round and heads back to re dock. Returning to light dock comes on and in app the room I’m trying to clean gets a negative sign by the room.all filters cleaned and checked. Vacuum 2years old.Battery charging normally. No blockages. hi.. my Dyson 360 eye only cleans for a few seconds and returns to its charging station saying the clean has finished. the battery is fully charged and I have tried it with another fully charged battery with the same results.. can anyone here help?
Bit annoyed that the latest robot vac has come down £200 in price since a bought mine on the first week of release.

Hello together, have several questions.first, the battery life. The Dyson is fully charged, starts to clean, after not even 15 minutes it returns to the station and charges. After charging, he goes again, but after not even 3 minutes, battery dead again. So I do not manage to clean a room!then I wanted to reset the Dyson today as described in the description. LED panel pressed, but the menu delete data, does not appear. It comes only switch off, update via USB stick and cancel.What could I do?
